Dr. Njiraini is the Founder and Faculty Lead at the Flywheel Academy. He is a business management professional with extensive experience in diverse sectors. Over the course of his illustrious career in banking, Dr. Njiraini has advised SME’s, local and global corporates on working capital solutions anchored on treasury and trade finance solutions. Andrew has also been instrumental in offering strategic advisory to some of the largest rice growers, dairy cooperatives and farmer associations across the country in his most recent role as Head Research and Commercialization.

Dr. Njiraini leads strategic and business development initiatives for the Flywheel Consulting Group, which has leveraged his intellectual strengths, vast professional experience and far reaching networks with key stakeholders in industry.

Andrew holds a Doctorate degree in Leadership and Change Management (USIU-Africa), an MBA in Strategic Management (University of Nairobi), a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration (USIU-Africa) and a Diploma in Risk Management (IRM, UK).

He enjoys farming activities, socializing and keeping abreast with real estate sector developments.
