These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration and participation in any events organized by Flywheel Advisory (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for and attending a Flywheel Advisory event, whether onsite or online, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please also review your booking conditions for specific details related to your event registration.
2.1. Data Protection Compliance
By providing your personal information, including payment and contact details, you consent to Flywheel Advisory processing your information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant Kenyan data protection laws, including the Data Protection Act, 2019.
2.2. Data Controllers and Processors
In the context of GDPR, Flywheel Advisory may receive your information from various entities involved in the event, including supporting partners, sponsors, or contributors, referred to as “controllers.” Flywheel Advisory acts as a “processor” of your data, meaning we handle your personal data on behalf of these controllers. We will maintain records of personal data and processing activities, including secure storage methods, retrieval processes, retention schedules, and data deletion procedures.
2.3. Privacy and Cookie Policy
All information collected by Flywheel Advisory for the purpose of event registration or access to Flywheel Advisory Connect and related services will be used in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy. We reserve the right to monitor and track your visits to our website and event attendance. 3.1. Accuracy of Information
When registering for Flywheel Advisory events, you must provide accurate and complete information, including payment details and professional contact information. It is your responsibility to update and maintain the accuracy of your information through your Flywheel Advisory online account or by contacting our staff directly.
3.2. Access to Flywheel Advisory Connect
As a registrant, you will gain access to Flywheel Advisory Connect, our members’ online networking area. This platform provides access to attendee lists (with no sensitive or personal data publicly displayed) and third-party services such as accredited trainings. The information available will be desensitized and include only your name, title, company, and sponsor (if applicable). Email addresses, phone numbers, and other personal details will not be disclosed.
4.1. Handling of Sensitive Information
Flywheel Advisory will not disclose sensitive personal information. Any desensitized information included in delegate packs or booklets will be provided in printed format two weeks prior to the conference or as a PDF download on Flywheel Advisory Connect. This information will only include names, titles, companies, and sponsors.
4.2. Data Security
We are committed to ensuring the security of your data and will implement appropriate measures to protect it against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when we post the revised Terms on our website. Your continued participation in our events after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
Flywheel Advisory does not accept registrations made to Flywheel Advisory Events through third-party event websites such as but not excluding 10Times, Eventbright, or Sellevents.online. All event passes must be purchased via www.flywheeladvisory.com domain or over the phone with Flywheel Advisory staff. For security reasons, Flywheel Advisory has the right to refuse entry to those who cannot prove a registration confirmation provided by Flywheel Advisory.

Payment (including VAT) must be made in full prior to the start of the Summit. Flywheel Advisory retains the right to refuse entry in case of non-payment.
On the day, registrations are accepted, depending on the event and our capacity. We will ask you to pay full price by through the Portal/MPESA, for your seat to give you access to the event and its various streams. Please note, you will not appear on the delegates list.
Payment can be made online by Credit Card/MPESA or by wire transfer to a bank account to be provided by the Flywheel Advisory’s Events Team.
