Currently serving as Manager, Financial Crime Compliance & Forensics at Flywheel Advisory, Vivian provides advisory services to clients on financial crime risk management, regulatory compliance, forensic reviews, and control environment strengthening. She supports organizations in identifying financial crime vulnerabilities, enhancing AML/CFT frameworks, conducting forensic investigations, and implementing practical, risk-based compliance solutions that meet regulatory and operational demands.

Previously, Vivian served as Risk, Compliance & Internal Audit Manager at United Winners SACCO, where she led the implementation of enterprise risk frameworks, enhanced KYC and AML controls through risk profiling solutions, and drove risk-based audit programs targeting fraud, cybersecurity, and operational risks.
