She manages client information in the firm’s CRM, tracks project progress through dashboards, oversees invoicing and expenses, and ensures transparency across all engagements. She also contributes to data collection, analysis, and reporting for financial crime and forensic investigations, while keeping communication flowing between consultants and clients to align project goals.

Her background spans analytics, research, and operations, with contributions to projects at Safaricom, East African Breweries Limited, and Healthy U. Through these roles, she gained experience in market analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Ritah holds a degree in Statistics, which underpins her analytical mindset and ability to translate complex datasets into structured insights. She continues to build her skills in data analysis, business intelligence, and applied research, using them to support evidencebased decision-making and operational efficiency across Flywheel engagements.

Outside of work, Ritah channels her curiosity and creativity into writing, reading, and volunteering with Tukuze Africa, supporting initiatives that uplift communities.
