1. Cancellations & refunds
All delegate cancellations must be made in writing to info@flywheeladvisory.com.
The charge for cancelling your booking is:
In the case of a cancellation of the Summit or a change of the Summit date, Flywheel Advisory will not be held liable for any travel or hotel costs associated with the booking.
2. Transfers
If you cannot attend the Summit, you can transfer your place to another individual at any time up to and including the 3 days before the Summit at no additional fee. An additional charge may be applicable if the cancellation is done less than 3 days to the Summit.
A delegate place can be transferred to another Summit/Event, if the request to us is received more than 14 working days before the Summit. Additional charges may be applicable. A delegate can only transfer their place twice, after which they will incur a 20% administration fee.
Any redistribution or reproduction of part of or all the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:
